2008 release containing two of the legendary Jazz pianist's most celebrated trio albums from the mid '60s. Here Comes Earl Fatha Hines (1966) features Hines accompanied by Richard Davis and Elvin Jones. Fatha (1964) finds Hines backed by Ahmed Abdul-Malik and Oliver Jackson. In addition, we have included two superlative Hines compositions performed by the master in a solo piano setting.

Eric Dolphy and John Lewis were the stars of half of this album (Dolphy died before the second session was scheduled in 1965).
